One can be a teacher to all and all can be teachers to one
In a far away ancient civilization, there was a saying "a teacher doesn't necessarily have to be better in all regards than his/her students; and a student doesn't necessarily have to be less in all regards than his/her teacher". We all know something that others may not; and others know many that we don't. With this in mind, If one looks around, one will find teachers in many unlikely places.

One day at a time
The Long March started with one single step. The Great Wall started with one single brick. No matter how grand a scheme, it starts with one sparks of ingenious thought, an inspiration, ... Great things start small.
